so, it's been over a year since I last posted on this blog.
guess I will try again, and see how far I get.

Spring semester of school is nearing it's end, and the realization that by this time next year I will be completing my internship and nearing graduation is honestly frightening, but also exciting.
life is full of experiences, whether they be dull or bright, or mundane or rare.

God is good
and I am trying to keep that memo in my mind and in my heart.


This is a picture of houses in Guatemala that are right next to the dump. I miss this beautiful country, and the beautiful people. God showed me a lot during my one week stay here, and I hope I never forget how truly blessed I am.

I am currently reading this book and have found tons of lovely quotes.
Here are a few of Morrie's "bite-sized philosophies"

I highly recommend the book. I am only on page 48, and it has already made me laugh, cry and grin like a little girl.
